JT, your long association with the org. gives credence to your story. It is easy for me to relate.
That's a lot of information to gulp down in one sitting, so, I suggest those who read it find the information that closely describes their experience. As you said, no two experiences are alike.
This 'tendency to judge' as you say, also applies to oursleves. Removing the blinders is a tough thing to do. We need to focus and refocus our personal examination. One needs to be realistic and as you suggested, get professional help.
You are correct in saying, 'we need to move on.' This means not feeding our subconscious minds with negative experiences but learn from them, and move ahead. Extracting the good of bad experiences will aid us to move forward, but, like anything else we need to apply it. Remember the Kingdom song, 'Move Ahead?' Well, let's put it to good use in our personal recovery.
Thanks for the info.
